I had a little extra time this afternoon. So I picked up my camera & my macro lens and captured some pretty pics of the wildflowers on my kitchen table.

When my Mum came to visit, she would look at the p

When my Mum came to visit, she would look at the photographs of the children displayed throughout the house and comment that there was no photograph of her. I would laugh it off, not taking her feelings seriously.
Today, 10 years ago my mum died.
Mum would be happy to know that I now have a photograph of her and I in the kitchen. It’s the first thing I see, when I walk into the kitchen to make my morning coffee. Reminding me of happy times and special memories. And gratitude to have had her as my Mum.
